Customer Experience | Gatineau, QC | Permanent | Full Time
We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing 24/7 concierge service for our clients. Your focus will be on assisting with customer acquisitions, relations and care. This includes but is not limited to:
- As part of a team, managing 24/7 toll free line, answer questions from customers, general public and third parties such as members of law enforcement, doctors, nurse practitioners, caregivers, etc. both orally and in writing;
- Ensuring compliance with the Access to Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations at all times and reporting any notice of non-compliance to management immediately;
- Supporting the team of Registration Specialists and participating in the registration process as needed.
This is a full-time position, which offers a great work environment and excellent benefits. The ideal candidate is bilingual and demonstrates exceptional communication skills. Experience in customer service, including phone-based work, is an important asset.
Candidates should have demonstrated ability to manage stress, to follow strict protocols and to handle confidential information.
