ZENABIS ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF PRE-ROLL MULTIPACKS, NEW DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENTS
Vancouver, British Columbia, March 22, 2021 – Zenabis Global Inc. (TSX:ZENA) (“Zenabis” or the “Company“) announces the launch of pre-roll multipacks as well as new distribution agreements.
Zenabis’ new 10 and 20 pack configurations of pre-roll multipacks will be launched under its Re-Up brand in both indica and sativa formats. Listings for these new products have been completed with both Quebec and Alberta, with confirmations from additional provincial and territorial distribution partners pending. First shipments will commence in March, with products being available on-shelf in early April.
Zenabis has also concluded agreements with Cannabis NL (Newfoundland and Labrador) and the government of Nunavut. Initial shipments under these new agreements are expected to commence in April. The addition of these agreements extends Zenabis’ distribution network to all Canadian provinces and territories.

Zenabis is a significant Canadian licensed cultivator of medical and recreational cannabis. Zenabis employs staff coast-to-coast, across facilities in Atholville, New Brunswick; Langley, British Columbia; and Stellarton, Nova Scotia. Zenabis currently has three licensed Cannabis cultivation facilities in Canada, together with its cannabis import, export and processing joint venture, ZenPharm, operating from Birżebbuġa, Malta.
The Zenabis brand name is used in the cannabis medical market, and the Namaste, Blazery, and Re-Up brand names are used in the cannabis adult-use recreational market.
